Sure I do! Sometimes to go for dinner, to the pub, partying, to the gym, etc. On the weekends I love to go cycling or renting a car to enjoy the view in different sites in Ireland.

Of course, we have a nice common room and we get there for lunch or tea and spend some time together. We also go out for dinner occasionally. But every time we socialise we have a fundamental rule: no talk about work, so we can get to know each other better! And it is so nice since most of us come from very different parts of the world: Canada, India, Portugal!

Yes, absolutely! You have to have a balance between work and free time. I try to make time to see friends a couple of times a week. I socialise with work friends a lot too, but unlike Laura we’re very often talking about work! As long as it’s fun discussing it I don’t mind that at all. It’s good to completely forget about work life though sometimes.

I have a little bit of time for socialising outside of work.
The majority of my free time is taken up bringing my daughter to get many activities.

In work we have time and areas (pool table, coffee docks, relaxation areas) to socialise with colleagues.
