      Mostly small autonomous robot vehicles. The programs read information from infrared and ultrasonic sensors and make decisions about what the motors should be doing to make the robot move around. Here’s a robot I made out of a disposable plastic bowl:

      The computer that controls this robot is an Arduino Nano. They only cost a couple of euros each. You write the program on a laptop and then download it on the Arduino using a USB cable. The Arduino is like the brain of the robot. It’s a very simple type of computer, but with the right programming it can do amazing things!
