Sometimes writing documents can be very tedious, especially when you just want to go and get on with your testing and trying stuff out! However, it’s super important to write down what I’m doing so I can track progress and show the client exactly what we’ve been upto. In the medical device industry, we have to make a lot of documentation to comply with the regulations, or else our invention won’t get through to patients.

I don’t really like writing, especially long formal documents… I suffer from the “blank page syndrome”!!

Basically just administration and paperwork. It has to be done, but I much prefer doing the actual engineering bit.

I don’t like having to deal with office or business politics.
Unfortunately, it’s often necessary in order to complete a project successfully, so I accept it and deal with it.
