Painkillers aren’t exactly healthy, but they are useful for getting rid of pain when it is bothering you. Most painkillers are not supposed to be taken for more than a few days, or a few weeks depending on the problem. Some are addictive, and that can be very dangerous for the person taking them. You should always make sure you take the recommended amount if you need them, and don’t overdose even a tiny bit as this can really damage your internal organs.

Pain killers help to feel immediate relief. But it is very important to solve the issue from the root and alleviate what is causing the pain

There are certainly legitimate times for pain relief medication, but I think some painkillers cause terrible damage to people’s lives because they’re addictive. There is a huge healthcare crisis in the US now caused by addiction to opioid painkillers. Those should never really have been prescribed to a lot of those people.

In general, taking painkillers will not improve your health.
They should not be used unnecessarily.
However, in some cases the use of painkillers in required so that treatment can be carried out to cure or prevent another condition. I certainly wouldn’t like to have to go through surgery without some form of painkillers.
